Debbie Locklear founded Meeting Services Unlimited in 1983 when no other meeting management firm existed in Indiana and the profession was burgeoning across the US. With a background in the hotel industry, Debbie witnessed first-hand how meeting producers were often charged unfairly and that they frequently miscommunicated their requirements, creating critical issues onsite.
